The position is responsible for the leadership, administration, and supervision of assigned school.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Certifications / Experience

Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or an academic discipline; supplemented by four (4) to five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the leadership, organization, and supervision of academic affairs, to include but not limited to coordination and management of curriculum and budget development of academic programs within a similar education institution;  or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Successful completion of certification in Administration/Supervision, Educational Leadership, or School Principal.

 

 

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: 

Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer; to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal classroom levels, outdoors and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms, outdoors and on the telephone; physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds; and to bend, stoop, climb stairs, and reach overhead.
